NEW PHONE SYSTEM AND CHANGE OF TELEPHONE NUMBERS

OUR TELEPHONE PROVIDER AND SYSTEM OPERATIONS FOR CALL HANDLING IS CHANGING MOST IMPORTANTLY SO IS OUR CONTACT NUMBERS

Our telephone service provider is changing and so are the Practice telephone numbers (we have tried to avoid the change of numbers but this has been outside of our control) The changeover dates have not yet been confirmed; however, this is likely to be the end of February/beginning of March. We are just waiting for our requirements to be programmed in to the new system. We will alert patients to the new numbers as soon as we know them and full information for patients will be provided. read more...

CARE NAVIGATION INTRODUCED BY OUR GP PARTNERS

Dr Chandra and his GP Partners have introduced a new system of 'Care Navigation' when you call the Practice with you enquiry. Our 'Care Navigators' will need to ask you a few questions to deal with your call more effectively and our GP Partners ask for patients cooperation with this as much as possible. They will direct you to the most appropriate health care professional which may not always be a GP In some cases it may be necessary for one of the clinical team to ring you back to discuss your condition in more detail Pharmacies can offer minor ailments advice and over the counter medications read more...
