The Partners at the North Road suite wish to confirm that all patients have been allocated a ‘Named Accountable GP’ , however, we are a group Practice and patients can see any GP of their choice.
The named GP is responsible for patients’ overall care at the practice and the majority of our patients have been informed who their named GP is. If you have not been informed you can contact the practice to find out who is your named accountable GP.
If wish to have an alternative preference recorded as to which GP that is, the practice will make reasonable efforts to accommodate this request.
